Questions restaurants ask
What counts as a flow?
One piece of work done for you: an invoice read, an inventory count sheet mapped, a waste sheet filed, or a recipe drafted. A three-page invoice is one flow, whatever it runs to. Things you store, such as suppliers, products and recipes, are never counted.
What happens when a restaurant runs out of flows?
Capturing pauses for that restaurant until more flows are added. Everything already filed is unaffected, and the rest of Mise keeps working. You can buy another 75 flows for $25 at any time, and bought flows never expire.
Do unused flows roll over?
Flows included with your plan carry forward for one month and are then withdrawn. Flows you buy separately never expire. The flows closest to expiring are always used first, so a quiet January isn’t money burned.
How does billing work?
Plans are charged per restaurant, in advance, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan is ten months’ price for twelve months. Your subscription renews on the same day you subscribed, and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
